Vocationality’s signature Insight Pathway re-introduces you to the work you’re made to do.

Together we will find a path to the work you’re made to do.

Experience a season of personal insight, where you have permission to get in touch with what you love, what you’re best at, and the work you’re made to do.

It all begins with your story. Maybe you want to lead people. Maybe you want to turn a passion into something more. Or maybe you have a creative imagination to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you see and tell your story can make all the difference.

Need mid-career clarity?

If you’re in the middle decades of your career, feeling lost, burned out, or disconnected from your work, our Mid-Career Insight Pathway was made for you. In 6 weeks, get in touch with your unique gifts and potential, and discover what that clarity means for the next chapter of your work-life.

Want to lead your work in a new way?

If you’re a founder or help to lead your own work, it can be easy to get out of sync with what you’re best at, and the environments that unlock your best work. In 7 weeks, the Executive Insight Pathway helps you identify what you do best, and how you can redesign your work to unlock your gifts.

Note: currently, this Pathway is offered only with our founder, Dr. Will Gray.

Every Pathway from Vocationality includes:

1-on-1 guided conversations

We learn best in dialogue, not on our own. We experience change easiest in relationship. Your trained, empathetic Guide will walk you through your experience of the Vocationality Pathway, helping you feel seen and known, supporting and encouraging you.

Personalized exercises

Every week during your Pathway, interactive exercises will help you uncover and make sense of the unique evidence about your Story, your Calling, Gifts, and Fit.

Input from people close to you

As a key part of your Pathway, your Guide will also ask questions to three people close to you, on your behalf. These are your Insight Partners (people who know you well, care about you, and are willing to be honest with you).
